Role Description

This full-time on-site role of Account Executive is based in Surabaya, Indonesia. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing client relationships, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering excellent service to our clients. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships with national and international clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

What you’ll Do

- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and partners

- Handle day-to-day account coordination, orders, and follow-ups

- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams

- Monitor order progress, shipments, and client satisfaction

- Support business growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, sales support, or similar roles (coffee industry preferred)

- Strong understanding of logistics and import/export processes

- Familiarity with export documentation

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts

- Proficient in Excel and CRM tools

- Proactive and able to take ownership of accounts end-to-end

- Comfortable communicating with international clients and partners

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

- Fluent in English

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surabaya for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will manage client acquisition, develop and maintain long-term relationships with roasters and clients in Indonesia and globally, and drive revenue growth. Other responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, preparing presentations and proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. The position entails close collaboration with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply chain management.

What you’ll Do

- Build and maintain strong relationships with coffee buyers

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the coffee market

- Monitor market trends, pricing, supply, and competitor activity

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction

- Deliver excellent service and ongoing support to our partners

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, trading, or business development (coffee industry preferred)

- Strong understanding of coffee market dynamics

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

3. Marketing Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surabaya for a Marketing Specialist. This role focuses on building and strengthening the brand presence of Kopi Fabriek and HEQA across digital platforms and industry channels. The Marketing Specialist will manage social media, execute marketing campaigns, develop collaborations, and oversee website and email marketing efforts.

What you’ll Do

- Manage and grow social media accounts for Kopi Fabriek and HEQA (content planning, posting, and engagement)

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels

- Develop and manage brand collaborations, partnerships, and PR opportunities

- Maintain and update websites (Wix & Shopify), including product pages and content

- Execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, product launches, updates)

- Ensure consistent brand voice and storytelling across all platforms

- Analyze performance metrics and optimize marketing strategies

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

- Experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, coffee, or lifestyle brands

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools

- Experience with Wix and/or Shopify 

- Experience in email marketing platforms 

- Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Understand English
