Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Kopi Fabriek Indonesia is a registered company under the name FABRIEK GROUP INDONESIA B.V. Kopi Fabriek Indonesia will be marketing selected specialty green coffees from our producer friends. If you are interested in samples, you can make a request here. We will keep in touch and either confirm or ask for more information after your prompt request. All withholding requests will be handled in our normal way in which you will get an email from us containing detailed order confirmation about the coffee, prices, and amounts in order to get your approval. 

 

Kopi Fabriek Indonesia works with its vision to exceed the quality of Indonesian coffee beans with total transparency, and traceability, and focuses on the distribution to coffee roasters all around the world. We will do our best to accommodate the request from any interested companies and roasters.

Payment Policies

We aim to be transparent and accountable in the way we do our business. We accommodate a 0% payment upfront for every origin reservation. As we are a growing company, we are using almost all of our financing to buy fresh coffee beans. We serve free of charge hold in-stock coffee from our warehouse for up to 90 days. Orders that go beyond 90 days may be subjected to a 1.5% financing charge to cover our costs. Any purchase may be canceled if there is no follow-up. We also require a signed contract to finalise the reservation.

Refund Policies

We believe our supplier also tries to meet their standards in serving good quality coffee beans. If any coffee arrives in worse condition than the pre-shipment sample, we will directly contact anyone who partakes in the reservation process and find an alternative or release the reservation. Any order that arrives below and/or does not meet our standard is immediately discounted or even terminated.

Obligation to Purchase

The purchaser agrees that origin reservartion, in reference to orders reserving items yet to arrive,  will be held a maximum of 3 month upon arrival. The purchaser agrees that reserved coffee which has not been purchased may be withdrawn and held upon a maximum time of 3 weeks after arrival. Purchased coffee may not be refunded unless otherwise stated in the refund policy.

 

In regards to the obligation to buy reserved stock, FABRIEK GROUP INDONESIA BV reserves the right to claim owed funds as per the laws of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Disputes will be ruled by the governing court in Amsterdam.

Acceptance of Terms of Service

The purchaser is deemed to have read and accepted these terms of service before making an order. These terms of service supersede all previous contracts, understandings, or agreements unless specifically agreed otherwise by both Parties, in writing.

 

FABRIEK GROUP INDONESIA BV reserves the right to revise these terms of service at any time.
