Curators Coffee Company

Curators Coffee Company (CCC) was founded by Raymond Ali to address the lack of access that many Indonesian farmers and producers have to journals and studies about advanced post-harvest coffee processing techniques used in countries like Colombia and Panama. In response to this issue, CCC aimed to make these resources available to farmers, which led to requests for them to create standardized operating procedures (SOPs) that could be applied in the field. CCC then developed simple, practical actions that farmers could use immediately to improve coffee quality.

Raymond Ali is the visionary founder and driving force behind Curators Coffee Company (CCC). His dedication and genuine passion for helping Indonesian coffee farmers and producers have inspired the entire team to support his mission.

His maturity and sincerity, despite his young age, have earned him deep respect from both farmers and producers. His kindness and commitment to supporting local farmers are truly inspiring to everyone involved.

Curators Coffee Company (CCC) focuses on supporting lesser-known or newly established coffee farms and producers across Indonesia, prioritizing those who need financial support and knowledge to improve. Currently, CCC partners with farms in seven mountain regions, with Ijen and Semendo being the only published locations as others are still in the quality improvement phase.

Raymond highlights Semendo’s fertile soil and 166-hour anaerobic fermentation, resulting in a clean and elegant cup. This unique coffee underscores CCC’s vision to elevate Indonesian coffee quality.
