Reza is a passionate and innovative producer that we have worked with for the couple of years. With the earth beneath his feet, Reza embodies the spirit of a dedicated cultivator who has made it his life's mission to craft the perfect cup of coffee.

With a deep-rooted connection to the land, he takes pride in owning a splendid plot where he meticulously cultivates coffee plants and produces coffee cherries, specializing in the production of robusta beans.

However, Reza's ambition doesn't stop there. Lately, he has been embracing the challenge of processing arabica beans as well, demonstrating his versatility and eagerness to expand his expertise in the world of coffee cultivation.

Not only is Reza an adept grower and processor, but he also nurtures a secondary passion as a part-time coffee roaster. His dedication to the craft is evident in the flavors he coaxes out of each batch, transforming raw coffee beans into a symphony of enticing aromas and exquisite tastes.

In the heart of Reza lies an unwavering commitment to his art, striving for excellence with every harvest and processing endeavor. He cherishes the connection between the land, the beans, and the final cup of coffee that delights the senses of those fortunate enough to taste his coffee.

In Indonesia, Liberica coffee, also known as Coffea liberica, holds a distinctive presence within the country's rich coffee landscape. Liberica is a unique coffee variety characterized by its large, asymmetrical beans and a flavor profile that stands apart from more commonly known varieties like Arabica and Robusta. The Liberica plants thrive in warmer temperatures and lower altitudes, making them well-suited to specific regions in Indonesia.

Reza's Liberica coffee undergoes a distinctive processing method that sets them apart. Using the Natural Mosto process, the whole cherries are fermented with mosto, derived from the coffee's own mucilage before being dried. This extended contact with the fruit's natural sugars during fermentation contributes to the development of unique and complex flavor profiles. The cherries are then meticulously dried as natural, allowing the fruit to remain in constant contact with the bean, enhancing the coffee's sweetness and depth.

This meticulous process highlights Reza's commitment to pushing the boundaries of coffee production, resulting in a Liberica that seamlessly marries traditional cultivation, which resulted in a sweet, unique cup of coffee.
