Along the journey, we've met and interacted with producers from around Indonesia and this journey has been one of mutual growth, allowing us to offer coffee that not only delivers quality but also carries the stories and efforts of the farmers behind each harvest. We would like to thank our producer friends, for the work we have done together, and the amazing things that are coming ahead of us. To all of you roasters, We are excited for you to taste and experience our created collection of extraordinary goodness!

The rhythm of the land is never predictable and sometimes nature reminds us of its immense power. This year, in the lush highlands of Sumatra, heavy rains turned into relentless floods, sweeping through the fields where our coffee trees have grown for generations. For the farmers who have tended these lands with care, it was a moment of pause—a reminder that the journey of coffee is never only about the harvest, but about endurance, patience, and the bond between humans and the earth.

When we first heard of the floods, our hearts were heavy. The Sumatra crops that we had looked forward to sharing with you this season would not be ready. Fields submerged, trees battered, roads cut off—nature had imposed a temporary silence on a region that has long given us some of the most extraordinary coffees in the world.

A calm lake with a small boat and mountains in the background under a cloudy sky

But coffee has a way of teaching us resilience. While Sumatra rested and recovered, other regions stood strong. In Bali, our producer friends carefully nurtured their crops. In Java, highland harvests proceeded under the watchful eyes of our producer friends whose hands carry decades of experience. Each cup from these regions became a tribute to perseverance, adaptation, and the quiet courage of those who rise to meet every challenge.

25/26 Collection Season 1 is born from this story of resilience. It is a season of listening to the land, of honoring the producers who work tirelessly, and of embracing the lessons nature gives us. While Sumatra’s chapter is paused, it is not gone. Its story is merely waiting, gathering strength, and will return in future seasons—more vibrant, more flavorful, more unforgettable than ever.

This season invites you to explore coffees that have endured, to taste the spirit of regions that thrived despite uncertainty, and to reflect on the patience and hope that every harvest requires. Every cup is more than a flavor—it is a story, a moment in a journey that spans lands, seasons, and generations.

The floods in Sumatra were a challenge, but they are also a reminder: resilience is born in moments of hardship, and the strongest stories often take time to unfold. This season, we celebrate the courage to adapt, the dedication to keep going, and the anticipation of what is yet to come.
